This medium-sized scratching post is shaped like a cactus, providing a playful and decorative element to a room. It stands 31.5 in tall, which is a suitable height for most adult cats to stretch fully while scratching. The entire structure is wrapped in green jute rope, offering a texture that cats find appealing for claw maintenance.
The cactus design includes 'arms' that provide additional angles for scratching and playing. A heavy base keeps the unit from tipping over during vigorous use, ensuring it stays upright on various floor types. This vertical scratcher is specifically designed to redirect a cat's attention away from sofas and carpets.
The use of green jute gives the piece a vibrant look that stands out from traditional carpeted cat trees. It is easy to assemble and fits well in smaller living spaces where a full-sized tower might be too large. This item focuses on the scratching instinct, providing a durable and attractive solution for indoor pet care.
